The NSF NeXUS Facility is pleased to welcome two new members to the facility’s professional staff.
Vyacheslav Leshchenko formally joined NSF NeXUS on October 25 as the facility’s Instrument Technician. Leshchenko has worked in NSF NeXUS Co-Director Lou DiMauro’s research group in the Department of Physics as a postdoctoral researcher since May 2019. He previously was a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics in Garching, Germany. Leshchenko earned his Ph.D. from the Institute of Laser Physics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Karen Keller joined NSF NeXUS on October 11 as the facility’s Business Operations Specialist. Karen earned her M.S. from the University of Florida and comes to OSU after 10 years in nonprofit administration.
