Eissa Takes First Place at Three Minute Thesis Competition

Congratulations to NeXUS team member Dina Eissa for taking first place in the College of Arts and Sciences Three Minute Thesis Competition! The Three Minute Thesis (3MT™) Research Competition is an annual event held at The Ohio State University, giving top graduate and professional students an opportunity to have three minutes to present compelling orations on their own research, thesis or dissertation topics and their significance. Eissa, a Physics graduate student in the DiMauro research group, presented a three-minute talk on her thesis “From Design to Insight: Strong Field Rescattering using LIED/ATTO NeXUS End Station”. She will now move on to compete at the university level on February 5.
