TJ has had previous roles in basic research, applied research, product development, and project management. Optical spectroscopy, and all the technologies it employs, are one through-line in his career. He’s had the pleasure of working with a variety of engineers, mathematicians, and scientists on multidisciplinary challenges in research and development.
